#4 - ISB MS MUN CONFERENCE Hosted @ ISB on Friday, March 31st & Saturday, April 1st
Dear MUN Coaches & Advisors,
We are only two weeks away! We are so excited about bringing all of our students together. We know that some of you are still in the process of adding names to the Country and Committee Allocation Form. Please try to ensure that all of your delegates are placed by Monday, March 20th.
In this email, we also wanted to share that the chair reports for each committee are ready. The high schoolers, who will also be serving as chairs, managed to draft reports this week. Please direct your delegates to their respective reports.
Important Updates/Deadlines
Chair Reports: Our high schoolers have compiled chair reports for each respective committee. Please refer to the attached chair reports. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know as soon as possible. They can also be located in this folder and linked on the Country and Committee Allocation Form.
Attire: Professional business attire will be expected of all delegates during the conference. We know that this can sometimes take some organization for Middle School students.
Position Papers: Position Papers will not need to be submitted prior to the conference. These will be presented in the form of a Speaker’s List by each delegation.
Reminders
Country and Committee Allocations: Please add your students’ names to the Country and Committee Allocation Form by Monday, March 20th. The form is self-explanatory, but you will add your students’ names to the country in the committee they’d like to join.
Roster Form: Advisor and delegate names should have been added to the ISB MS MUN 2023 Roster Form by Friday, March 10th. Please make sure your students’ dietary restrictions are listed.
Conference Fees: As per Monday’s email, conference fees (1,500 THB per delegate) were due on Friday, March 10th. Invoices have now been seen to all schools accounting for the number of delegates that each school is planning to bring. If you have not paid, please do so as soon as possible. (See previous email for payment details)
